Hermes Westlake Spring Fever

Race Overview

• Event: Join us this April for the annual Westlake Spring Fever 4 Mile, 2 Mile, & 1 Mile races at Westlake High School. There will also be a Kids Dash for 6 years old and under.
• Beneficiary: This event benefits the Westlake Educational Foundation and finishes off with a yummy pancake breakfast provided by Kiwanis of Westlake following the races.
• Kids Activities: There will be free kids activities in the WHS Auxiliary Gym, including favorites such as face painting, corn hole, hula hoops, bowling, limbo, and soccer.
• Mission: The Westlake Educational Foundation’s mission is to enhance educational opportunities and experiences of Westlake City Schools' students in the endeavor to Educate for Excellence.

• Registration and Packet Pick Up: Starts at 7:30AM
• Kids Dash: 8:45AM (100 Yard Untimed)
• 2 Mile & 4 Mile & 1 Mile Start: 9:00AM
• Pancake Breakfast Start: 8:00AM

*Dogs are allowed but we ask that you line up in the back and have a short leash.

Race Distance

• Distances: 2 Mile & 4 Mile (Chip-timed), 1 Mile (Not Timed)
• Registration Fees: $32 - through April 19th for 4 Mile & 2 Mile
• Late Fees: $37 - starting April 20th until race morning for 4 Mile & 2 Mile
• Kids Dash: $10

Awards

Awards will be announced after the race inside Westlake High School. Kids receive a kids goodie bag and participant ribbon for the kids dash!

• 4-Mile Race: Top Overall Male and Female Finishers
• Age Groups: Top Male and Female Finishers in age groups (12 and Under, 13-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70 & Over)
• 2-Mile Race: Top Overall Male and Female Finisher

Refund Policy

Sorry, but all entries are non-refundable. Once we’ve received and processed your entry, you will not receive a refund, you may not give or sell your race number to other people, and entry fees are not transferable to the next year’s race or any other race.
