Calling all dog walkers, runners, and Halloween enthusiasts! PAWS presents the 5th annual Zombie Walk & Furry 5k!

Description

This Halloween is going to the dogs! Your pups can expect all of their favorites at the Zombie Walk & Furry 5k!

• Treats: Treats, exercise, new pals to sniff and of course the cutest costumes!
• Human Perks: Cute keepsake finisher awards for their pets, goodie bags, raffles, and a costume contest!
• Location: We are happy to announce that we are partnering with Gravel Road Brewing again as our starting/ending location!
• Path: Utilizing the bike path and wide scenic downtown sidewalks!

Parking Information

• Location: Ample free parking can be found nearby, the largest lot is a block away at 26 S Broad Street! Behind the SORG Opera House.

Pricing

• Early Registration: $25 a runner, through Sept. 30.
• Oct. Registration: Registration from Oct. 1 through Oct. 23 will be $30 a runner.
• Race Day: Race day registration (Oct. 24) will be $35 a runner.

Important Times

• Registration: 9:00 AM - race day registration
• Race Start: 10:00 AM - race begins

Awards

• Pups under 50lbs: 1st, 2nd, & 3rd Place
• Pups over 50lbs: 1st, 2nd & 3rd Place

Shirts

• Cost: $15 per shirt
• Preorder Deadline: Deadline to preorder a shirt is October 1st

Costume Contest

• Categories: Best dog costume
• Categories: Best human costume
• Categories: Best matching dog and owner costume
