🎗️ Event Overview
The Pink With Purpose One Mile Fun Run/Walk is held annually to honor breast cancer patients, survivors & those who have gone before us.
💖 Purpose of the Event
- Support: Proceeds from the event are used for supporting breast cancer patients & their families in the Acadiana area.
- Scholarship: The funds also help to fund the annual Pink With Purpose Scholarship presented every May.
- Recognition: This scholarship is given to a local high school senior whose family has been affected by a breast cancer diagnosis.
- Honoree: The 2025 PWP One Mile Run/Walk honoree is an Acadia Parish breast cancer survivor Mrs. Joan Zaunbrecher.
