Finding Hope Suicide Prevention 5K Fun Run/1-Mile Walk

Our 2nd Annual Finding Hope Suicide Prevention 5K Fun Run/1 Mile Walk is on Saturday, November 7, 2026 at LSUE Campus in Eunice, LA. 

In 2025, we had nearly 400 participants and raised over $14,000.00. 

The Finding Hope Suicide Prevention 5K Fun Run + 1 Mile Walk is a community-focused event dedicated to raising awareness, honoring lives, and supporting those impacted by suicide and mental health challenges. This uplifting and inclusive gathering welcomes participants of all ages and fitness levels—whether you’re running the 5K course or enjoying the 1-mile walk. Along the route, you’ll find encouragement, meaningful moments of reflection, and a shared sense of purpose.

More than just a race, this event is about connection and hope. Participants come together to break the stigma surrounding mental health, remember loved ones, and show support for individuals and families affected by suicide. Proceeds help fund prevention efforts, education, and local resources that make a real difference in our community.
