Point 5K to benefit Rescue Mission of Mahoning Valley

🏃‍♂️ Race Overview

• What is it? It's a (Point) 5 K run/ walk fundraiser to benefit the annual fund of the Rescue Mission of the Mahoning Valley.

❤️ Why Participate?

• Support: Because up to 186 men, women and children seek shelter at our homeless shelter each night and hundreds visit us for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
• Impact: Your support makes a difference!

🎉 Event Highlights

• What's different: The Point 5k is a grand total of 1,640 feet (0.5K) and is a fun family event that everyone can enjoy.
• Distance: There is no typo. We really mean just 1,640 feet!
• Comparison: It’s just a little longer in distance than the Empire State Building is tall.

💲 Registration Details

• Cost: Registration cost is extremely low to encourage families to participate. Just 5 bucks per person.
• Fun Elements: Fun elements will be added to the walk: like a donut stop at the half-way mark, a selfie station, a point 5k sticker cling, and more fun found on the farm.

📅 Date & Location

• When: Event is Saturday, July 12, 2025.
• Where: Whitehouse Fruit Farm in Canfield, Ohio with a 10am start.
• Parking: Free parking available.
• Course: It's a nice walk around the pond on the farm, so be sure to wear appropriate shoes.
