About this race
This year's 5K walk is in person on October 24th and can be a solo virtual event for you if you cannot make it on the 24th (Walk anytime, anywhere in the month of October to raise funds for mental health care for the uninsured and underinsured).
This walk benefits Spiritus Christi Mental Health Center, where we are celebrating over 25 years of providing access to mental health care and support to people who need it, regardless of their insurance status or income. Our volunteer staff of therapists, social workers, and advocates helps people get the care they need to live safe, healthy, less stressful lives. Last year, 200 people participated in one or more of our programs.
