The 16th Annual Turkey Day 5K in Sanford, Florida is back!! Seminole County's largest Thanksgiving Day fun run is open to all participants - competitive runners, joggers and walkers as a great annual tradition for all families and friends.

- November 18, 2025: Exploring options for limited day of race registration.

- November 10, 2025: Over 300 spots available: shirts are on first-come, first-order basis.
Race Day Perks
- Refreshments: Free Starbucks Coffee, Hot Chocolate, and donuts from Sanford's own Donuts To Go.
- Costume Contest: Participants can dress in unique Thanksgiving costumes: winner receives a $100 Visa gift card.
- Timing: Chip timed, results posted on-site and online.
- Finisher Medals: All participants will receive a finisher medal.
T-Shirt and Registration Information
- Registration Fees: Vary from $30 to $45 based on timing.
- Youth Registration: $25 to $45, ages 14 and under.
- Senior Registration: $25 to $45, ages 60 and over.
- T-Shirt Guarantee: Guaranteed size for registrations by November 10, 2025.
Awards and Recognition
- Awards: Overall male and female winners and top three in each age group
- Age Groups: 14 and under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70+

- Packet Pick-Up: Scheduled for November 24-26 at Front Running Sports.
Open to All
This is an event for ALL levels to participate. Runners, walkers, and strollers and baby joggers are all welcome.
Benefit Information
This event will benefit The Sharing Center, a comprehensive social services hub in Seminole County. Participants are encouraged to bring non-perishable food items and used running shoes to help those in need.
