2024 Brookhaven Duck Duck Goose 5K and 1-Mile Fun Run

The Murphey Candler Park Conservancy (MCPC) is excited to announce the Annual Duck Duck Goose 5K taking place October 26, 2024. Race starts at 8am sharp. This fundraiser supports the Murphey Candler Park Conservancy and our efforts to make Murphey Candler Park one of the premier parks in Metro Atlanta.

📝 Registration Details

• Online Registration: Register Online at runsignup.com up until 7:45am on 10/26/24.
• Early Bird Registration: $25 for 5K and $15 for 1 mile until 11:59PM on 9/24/24.
• Registration Deadline: $30 for 5K/$20 for 1 mile until 11:59PM on 10/13/24, then becomes $35 for 5K/$25 for 1 mile.
• Race Day Registration: Available for $40 via QR code from 7:00 am to 7:45 am (Credit or debit card only, no cash/check accepted).

👕 Shirts

Long sleeve shirts are guaranteed for online registrants registering by 10/25/2024.

🎟️ Packet Pick-Up

• Location: Murphey Candler Park at the Duck Duck Social on Friday, October 25, 2024 from 4:00-7:00 p.m.
• Day of Race Pickup: Packets may be picked up starting at 7:00 a.m. (No T-shirts guaranteed for day of race registration).

🏁 Race Start Times

• 5K Race: Starts at 8am sharp with water stations along the course.
• 1-Mile Fun Run: Starts at 8:45am, great for smaller kids and families.

🅿️ Parking Instructions

Parking will be available at the Atlanta Colts Football and Murphey Candler Little League lots, and gravel lots off Candler Lake East.

📍 Starting Location

The race will start and finish in the Murphey Candler Park Open Field Space (aka County Corner) located at the corner of Candler Lake East and West Nancy Creek Drive.
