The Rotary Club of Bal Harbour and Bal Harbour Police Department is excited to announce our 8th Annual 5K Race/Walk will be held on
Sunday, February 9th, 2025!
📅 About the Race
- Fundraiser: This event is a major fundraiser towards the Chief Mark N. Overton and Chief Miguel “Mike” De La Rosa Scholarship Fund.
- Scholarships: Scholarships provided for those aspiring for a career in law enforcement or pursuing an undergraduate degree in Criminal Justice or Public Administration.

- Participation: All participants will receive a t-shirt, finisher medal & giveaways from our sponsors!
🏆 Awards
- Top Finishers: Awards will be given to the top 3 Overall Male & Female Finishers.
- Age Groups: Awards will also be given to the top 3 male & female finishers in each age group: 5 & Under, 6-10, 11-15, 16-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70 & Over.
⏱️ Timing
- Chip Timed: This race will be chip timed by Southern Timing, LLC.
- Live Results: Southern Timing will be providing live results complete with an individual results page.
- Finisher Certificate: The page includes your results, finisher certificate & a 20 second clip of you crossing the start & finish line!
