Run and Creep 5k Run/Walk

On behalf of Renaissance Athletic Club, I would like to thank you for considering your support of our 3rd Annual Run and Creep 5K Run/Walk. All funds raised from registration fees and sponsorships will cover all race expenses and any funds left will be donated to Berrien County Cancer Services in St. Joseph. RAC has been a proud supporter of this organization for many years.

About The Organization

• History: The Berrien County Cancer Service (BCCS) has had the honor of caring for Southwest Michigan's cancer patients since 1948.
• Services: We provide compassionate care for cancer patients and those with related illnesses in the comfort of their own homes.
• Community Support: We are able to do this at no cost because of the generosity of our community: we are "neighbors helping neighbors" during tough times for local cancer patients.
• Additional Offerings: We have an extensive loan closet of medical equipment and supplies, wigs, and caps, and we host an art program for families impacted by cancer.

• Start Time: The run/walk starts at 8:00 am.

Volunteer Opportunities

• Positions Available: We offer a variety of volunteer positions and time slots.
• Incentives: Shirts and food are provided to volunteers at the event.

Race Shirts

• Guarantee: Register by October 4th at midnight to guarantee your race shirt.
• Availability: Participants that register on or after October 8, 2026 are not guaranteed a shirt, available while supplies last.
• Pickup: Shirts are not guaranteed for racers that are not present for the event.

Packet Pick-up

• Date: October 17th, 6:00 am - 8:00 am.
• Location: At the Renaissance Athletic Club, 501 Graham Ave, Benton Harbor MI, 49022.

Please Note

• Course: Walking the course is welcomed, but participants must complete the route within 90 minutes.
• Dress Code: Weather conditions vary from year to year, so dress appropriately.
• Cancellation: In case of severe weather, event directors reserve the right to cancel without refund.
