Be part of one of the oldest and most iconic races in Wilmington, NC & join us for the annual Tri-Span 5K, 10K & Livestrong Mile.

🌉 Course Details

• 5K Course: The 5K is an out and back course through downtown Wilmington.
• 10K Experience: The 10K course is unique, featuring three downtown bridges.
• Cape Fear Memorial Bridge: Runners will cross this bridge over the Cape Fear River.
• Scenic Views: The Thomas Rhodes Bridge offers a view of the USS North Carolina and the riverfront.

👟 Virtual Participation

If you can't make it in person, but still want to be part of the fun join the Virtual Event and run your 5K or 10K anytime and anywhere.

💛 LIVESTRONG MILE

• Non-Timed Event: Back by popular demand - the LIVESTRONG MILE.
• Honor Loved Ones: Join us as we honor friends and family whose lives have been impacted by cancer.
• All are Welcome: This is a non-timed 1-mile walk or run and we invite everyone to participate.
• Presented by: Our friends at Maus, Warwick, Matthews, and Co.
