Be part of one of the oldest and most iconic races in Wilmington, NC & join us for the annual Tri-Span 5K, 10K & Livestrong Mile.

🌉 Course Details

• 5K Course: The 5K is an out and back course through downtown Wilmington.
• 10K Course: Both 5K and 10K courses wind through historic downtown Wilmington and along the picturesque Cape Fear Riverwalk.
• Bridges: Runners will have the opportunity to run the three downtown bridges, including the Cape Fear Memorial Bridge and the Thomas Rhodes Bridge.
• Scenic Views: The Thomas Rhodes Bridge offers a birds eye view of the USS North Carolina and the downtown Wilmington riverfront.

💪 LiveStrong Mile

• Non-Timed Event: The LIVESTRONG MILE is a non-timed 1-mile walk or run.
• Community Participation: We invite everyone to participate in this event honoring friends and family whose lives have been impacted by cancer.
• Back by Demand: This event has returned by popular demand.
• Inclusive: Join us as we celebrate life and support each other in this journey.
