Be part of one of the oldest and most iconic races in Wilmington, NC & join us for the annual Tri-Span 5K, 10K & Livestrong Mile.
📍 Course Details
- 5K Course: An out and back course through downtown Wilmington.
- 10K Course: A unique chance to run the three downtown bridges.
- Cape Fear Memorial Bridge: Takes runners across the Cape Fear River.
- Thomas Rhodes Bridge: Offers a bird's eye view of the USS North Carolina and the downtown Wilmington riverfront.
