Be part of one of the oldest and most iconic races in Wilmington, NC & join us for the annual Tri-Span 5K, 10K & Livestrong Mile.

Course Details

• 5K Course: An out and back course through downtown Wilmington.
• 10K Course: Unique opportunity to run the three downtown bridges.
• Cape Fear Memorial Bridge: Cross the Cape Fear River.
• Thomas Rhodes Bridge: Offers a birds eye view of the USS North Carolina and downtown Wilmington riverfront.

LIVESTRONG MILE

• Back by popular demand: Join us as we honor friends and family impacted by cancer.
• Non-timed event: This is a 1-mile walk or run and we invite everyone to participate.
