Be part of one of the oldest and most iconic races in Wilmington, NC & join us for the annual Tri-Span 5K, 10K & Livestrong Mile.

🏞️Course Description

• 5K Course: An out and back course through historic downtown Wilmington.
• 10K Course: Unique route running over three downtown bridges.
• Cape Fear Memorial Bridge: Takes runners across the Cape Fear River.
• Thomas Rhodes Bridge: Offers a bird's eye view of the USS North Carolina and the downtown Wilmington riverfront.

If you can't make it in person, but still want to be part of the fun join the Virtual Event and run your 5K or 10K anytime and anywhere.

• Event Feature: Back by popular demand - the LIVESTRONG MILE.
• Honoring Lives: Join us to honor friends and family whose lives have been impacted by cancer.
• Participation: This is a non-timed 1-mile walk or run.
