Be part of one of the oldest and most iconic races in Wilmington, NC & join us for the annual Tri-Span 5K, 10K & Livestrong Mile.
🌉 Course Details
- 5K Course: The 5K is an out and back course through downtown Wilmington.
- 10K Course: Both 5K and 10K courses wind through historic downtown Wilmington and along the picturesque Cape Fear Riverwalk.
- Bridges: Runners will have the opportunity to run the three downtown bridges, including the Cape Fear Memorial Bridge and the Thomas Rhodes Bridge.
- Scenic Views: The Thomas Rhodes Bridge offers a birds eye view of the USS North Carolina and the downtown Wilmington riverfront.
💪 LiveStrong Mile
- Non-Timed Event: The LIVESTRONG MILE is a non-timed 1-mile walk or run.
- Community Participation: We invite everyone to participate in this event honoring friends and family whose lives have been impacted by cancer.
- Back by Demand: This event has returned by popular demand.
