🏃‍♂️ Race Overview

• Event: Enjoy a brisk out-and-back run along the historic Yorktown Battlefield tour roads.
• Refreshments: Water/Gatorade stations along the way will provide refreshments.
• Post-Race: Finish with a post-race awards ceremony at York High School.

📅 Schedule of Events

• Friday, 7 February 2025: 4 to 7 p.m. - Packet pickup at Knights of Columbus Hall (100 Columbus Way, Newport News, VA)
• Note: We will have paper registration at the Knights of Columbus. Tee-Shirts are not guaranteed for in-person registration.
• Saturday, 8 February 2025: 7 to 8:45 a.m. – Packet pickup at York High School. (Race day registration ends at 8:30 a.m.)
• Note: We will have paper registration at York High School. Tee-Shirts are not guaranteed for in-person registration.
• Race Start: 9 a.m. – Knights of Columbus 10-Mile and 10-Kilometer Run for the Heart (Both races start simultaneously)
• Post Race: 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. – Post run party and awards ceremony at York High School

🎖️ Runners Get

• Shirt: Long-sleeve technical shirt
• Medallions: Medallions for all finishers
• Party: A post-race party with pizza, drinks, and dessert, along with an award ceremony
• Access: Access to the National Colonial Park for the week of 08 February 2025.

💵 Important Note

• Price Increase: Note that there is a significant increase in price due to a $15.00 per runner fee imposed by the National Colonial Park.
• Access Fee: This is the same week access fee that you would pay if you were visiting the park as a tourist.
• Waiver: No, the fee cannot be waived by other membership.
