SUP & RUN 5K | 10th Anniversary Event

The 10th Annual SUP & RUN 5K event will be held at Nathan Benderson Park to benefit RUCK9 (www.RUCK9.com) with partial proceeds going to Operation Second Chance (www.OperationSecondChance/com).

🏄‍♂️ Race Options

The SUP & RUN 5K gives athletes three great races in one to choose from.

• 5K RUN: A traditional running experience.
• 5K SUP: Stand Up Paddle Boarding only.
• 5K SUP & RUN: Complete both, with a start line mat (chip) for the combination.

All Races Start at 8 AM sharp!
If renting a paddleboard, please arrive by 7 AM to secure your board & paddle.
