Join us for the 23rd Annual Randall's Run/Walk for the Gym 5K RACE on August 30, 2025, at 457 Main St, SPRINGVALE, ME. It's a fantastic opportunity for runners and walkers alike to participate in a fun and engaging community event.

💰 Registration Details

• Discount rates: for Runners over 65-90 (supported by NE 65+ Runners Club).
• Age Discounts: Discount for Runners aged 1-12.
• Price: $25.00.
• Price Increase: Price goes up $5.00 on 8/29/2025.

🏅 Awards and Categories

• Awards: Sanford/Springvale Residents Awards. Check box in sign up.
• Top Finishers: Awards for Top 2 Male/Female.
• Age Groups: 5 Year Age Groups to 90, 3 deep.
• Record Times: Male 15:04, Female 16:40.

⏰ Race Day Schedule

• Registration: Starts at 7:00 AM.
• Race Start: 5K Race/Walk Starts at 8:30 AM.
• Course: Fast out and back course, starting at Nasson Common near Library, up Main St to Heidi St, turns around and returns to Nasson Community Center.
• Timing: Timed by Split-Time Race Management.

👶 Fun Run Details

• Fun Run: Ages 9 and under, Free.
• Location: Run is in parking lot after 5K finish.
• Proceeds: Benefit Nasson Community Center programs.
