🏃♂️ Race Overview
Come run or walk through this beautiful town, situated on picturesque Little Lake Harris. You can watch the sunrise as you run along the shore of the lake, by the Howey Mansion, and around the town's quaint, rural countryside. The half marathon will also take participants through Mission Inn resort and residential streets of Las Colinas, as the course loops among the streets of this central Florida hidden gem. All races will take place on Saturday February 15th, 2025 in the town of Howey-in-the-Hills only 5 miles from the Florida Turnpike! 🎽 What Participants Receive
- Unique Medal: Participants will take home one of a kind custom medal and swag.
- Swag: All participants get a Flodash custom long sleeve shirt and half marathoners take home an additional race swag, a custom Boco Howey Hat!
- Accurate Timing: All races will have accurate timing for performance tracking.

🗓️ Important Race Day Details
- Race Date: Saturday, February 15th, 2025.
- Packet Pick-up: Friday 14th from 2:00 - 6:00 PM at Dash Sports, and Saturday 15th from 5:45 AM - 7:30 AM at the race venue.
- Race Start Times: 13.1 at 7:00 AM, 10K at 7:10 AM, and 5K at 7:45 AM.
- Pace Requirement: Participants must maintain a pace of at least 18 minutes per mile.
🏅 Awards and Recognition
Flodash awards are unique living art pieces and are provided by our presenting sponsor Live Trends Design Group.
- Awards ceremony will start at 8:45 AM with the 5K followed by the 10K awards and then the Half Marathon.
- Age Groups: 5K & 10K broken down every 10 years, Half Marathon every 5 years.
- Top Awards: Top 3 Male and Female overall, First Male and Female Masters, and top 3 Male and Female.
- Awards will be given during the event to encourage all top finishers to stay and celebrate.
🚗 Logistics and Parking
Race Day Parking: Go to Griffin Middle School / Lake County Resource Center at 510 S Palm Avenue, Howey-in-the-Hills. It's best to come down State Road 19 & turn right on Lakeview. Most other roads coming from Lakeshore or Revels will be barricaded. Please plan on arriving by 6:15 AM.
