The WellStyles Move More 5k

👟 Event Overview

Join WellStyles and Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona for a walk/run event in the City of Glendale.

The event is open to all City of Glendale employees, family, friends, and community members.

Service animals only

💰 Registration Details

• Cost: The cost is just $10.00 and children 12 and under are free.
• Deadline: Register by January 28 to be guaranteed an event t-shirt.
• Price Increase: The cost of the event will increase to $15.00 per person on 2/14/2026.
• Shirt Guarantee: The first 600 people will receive a shirt but only those who registered by January 28 will be guaranteed their chosen size.

🗓️ Event Schedule

• 8:00 am: Registration
• 9:00 am: 5k run/walk starts
• 9:05 am: 1-mile walk starts
• 9:00 am – 11:30 am: Free Community Wellness Fair following the race
• 9:30 am - 12:30 pm: Free Rock Wall Climb inside the Foothills Recreation and Aquatic Center

🎁 What You Get!

• Awards: Awards for the top 3 male and female 5K finishers!
• Finisher Medal: Finisher medal for all 5K or 1-mile finishers
• Event T-shirt: Event T-shirt, sign up by January 28 to be guaranteed a shirt for the first 600 registered participants.
• Refreshments: Pre and post-race refreshments, water stations on the course
• Timing: Race bib and chip timed results

• Free Parking: Free parking is available in the Foothills Recreation and Aquatic Center main lot.
• Overflow Parking: Overflow parking available at adjacent City of Glendale facilities:
• Additional Location: Foothills Park/Skate Park, 5752 W. Union Hills Drive
