🏃♂️ The WellStyles Move More 5K
Join WellStyles and Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona for a walk/run event in the City of Glendale.
The event is open to all City of Glendale employees, family, friends, and community members.
💵 Event Pricing
- Cost: $10.00 and children 12 and under are free.
- Registration Deadline: Register by January 28 to be guaranteed an event t-shirt.
- Price Increase: The cost of the event will increase to $15.00 per person on 2/14/2026.
- Shirt Guarantee: The first 600 people will receive a shirt but only those who registered by January 28 will be guaranteed their chosen size.
⏰ Event Schedule
- 8:00 am: Registration
- 9:00 am: 5k run/walk starts
- 9:05 am: 1-mile walk starts
- 9:00 am – 11:30 am: Free Community Wellness Fair following the race
- 9:30 am - 12:30 pm: Free Rock Wall Climb inside the Foothills Recreation and Aquatics Center
🏅 What You Get!
- Awards: Awards for the top 3 male and female 5K finishers!
- Medals: Finisher medal for all 5K or 1-mile finishers
- T-Shirt: Event T-shirt, sign up by January 28 to be guaranteed a shirt to the first 600 registered participants.
- Refreshments: Pre and post-race refreshments, water stations on the course
- Timing: Race bib and chip timed results

- Free Parking: Free parking is available in the Foothills Recreation and Aquatic Center main lot.
- Overflow Parking: Available at adjacent City of Glendale facilities:
- Locations: Foothills Park/Skate Park, 5752 W. Union Hills Drive
