Midway CD5K | Run, Walk & Roll

VENUE

• Location: Midway Elementary School of The Arts bus ramp + parking lot.

• Date: January 24, 2026
• Time: From 6AM - 12PM

PURPOSE

• Community Engagement: 6 SQUADS 1 COMMUNITY - Seminole County parents, students, staff, residents, and surrounding communities are encouraged to wear squad shirts in Red, Green, Yellow, Purple, Blue, and Orange.
• Event Type: 7th Annual Community Day 5K Run, Walk and Roll in Historic Midway/Canaan City.
• Beneficiary: This event benefits the Midway Coalition, a 501(C)(3) non-profit organization.
• Support: The Midway Coalition supports community service initiatives and Midway Safe Harbor Center educational programs.

CD5K Run, Walk & Roll | Finisher Medal

• Incentives: First 200 registered participants receive a Midway CD5K finisher medal, swag bag, and the option to purchase a Midway CD5K t-shirt.

CD5K Run/Walk Awards

• Awards: Top 3 male and 3 female overall finishers will be recognized.

CD5K Day Schedule

• 6:30 AM: CD5K registration opens
• 8:00 AM: Start of CD5K Run/Walk/Roll - 3.1 Mile Bicycle convoy takes off first.
• 9:00 AM: Start of CD5K Roll (Motorcycle + 3.1 Bicycle convoy)
• 10:00 AM: Start of CD5K awards ceremony
• 12:00 PM: CD5K ends

Packet Pickup

• Early Pickup: Race packets can be picked up on Friday, January 23rd at Midway Safe Harbor Center (2405 Right Way Sanford, FL - 32771) from 11AM - 2PM.

UPDATE

• New Map: In collaboration with the Seminole County Sheriff's Office and traffic safety partners, a new race map has been approved to enhance the Walk, Run, and Roll experience.
• Availability: Race maps will be included in your packet and a digital version will also be available online.
