📅 Event Details

• Date: August 23, 2025
• Venue: The Bridge Community Church, 43 School Street, Bristol, CT.
• Race Schedule:
• 6:00 AM - Sponsor and Vendor setup
• 7:00 AM - 8:30 AM - Check-in and Registration
• 8:30 AM - Free Fun Run starts - perfect for our younger runners.
• 8:45 AM - Fitness walkers begin.
• 8:50 AM - Runners line up
• 9:00 AM - Main race kicks off!
• Award ceremony to follow. Event ends at 2pm.

• Participation medal
• T-shirt and swag bag: for the first 200 registrants.
• Registration Fee Runners: $30 + runsignup fee
• Registration Fee Fitness Walkers: $25 + runsignup fee

🎉 Proceeds & Impact

This year our race will directly benefit our Minds & Motion Plus Youth Program, which is dedicated to helping teens overcome challenges such as anxiety, communication issues, and lack of motivation. Our program focuses on empowering youth to improve their communication skills, set meaningful goals, and engage in physical activities that build confidence and resilience. We are in collaboration with the Meriden New Britain Berlin YMCA in which participants of the program will receive a 1-year youth membership along with attending our impactful 10-week program!
