Cuyahoga Valley 5K and Family Fun Run at Old Trail School

🏃‍♂️ 5K Course Details

• Course Type: The 5K cross-country course will be run primarily on a natural, wooded path.
• Elevation Gain: Includes hills with a total elevation gain of 112 ft.
• Location: Trails weave in and out of Cuyahoga Valley National Park.
• Stroller Policy: Because accessibility will be limited, jogging strollers are not recommended.

👨‍👩‍👧 1-Mile Family Fun Run Details

• Course Type: The Family Fun Run will be run on a flat, all-grass path.
• Route: The path loops around Old Trail School's athletic fields and solar array.
• Stroller Policy: Jogging strollers are permitted.
• Medals: All children, ages 4 and up, will receive finisher medals.
