🌧️ Race Update – Transition to Virtual Run

• Safety First: Your safety and well-being are our top priorities as we prepare for race day tomorrow, Saturday, March 15, 2025.
• Weather Conditions: Unfortunately, we are facing two distinct weather systems, with the first impacting our area between 3 AM and 5 AM, followed by another around 9 AM.
• Risk Assessment: Given the predicted thunderstorms, high winds, lightning, and heavy rain during the early morning hours, our race team would be placed at significant risk during site setup.
• Decision Made: For the safety of all participants, volunteers, and staff, we have made the difficult decision to transition the Special Kids Race to a virtual run.

🕒 Run Virtually with Us Until March 23rd!

• Participate Anytime: All registrants can complete their participation virtually between now and March 23, 2025.
• No Extra Steps: You do not need to take additional action to be a virtual participant—just run your chosen distance and share your experience with us!

📦 Packet Pickup Information

• Location: Participants can pick up their race packets and Team Captain shirts at 2212 E. Main St. (Beige house with a brown garage door and no driveway).
• Parking: Available around the back.
• Pickup Instructions: Come to any door.
• Pickup Times: Monday – Wednesday, 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM. If you need someone else to pick up your items or would like to arrange for shipping (at an additional cost), please let us know.
