Event Overview

Welcome back runners!!! THE BIG GAME 4 MILER IS SET FOR VALENTINES DAY!

Celebrate the BIGGEST DAY IN SPORTS with us and represent YOUR favorite team as the Big Game 4 Miler will feature a 4-mile run and a 100-yard kids' dash.

Race Details

Location: 800 S Mint St., Charlotte, NC
Date: February 14th, 2027
Course: Starts and finishes outside the East gate of the Panther's Stadium
Encouragement: Participants are highly encouraged to dress up and support their favorite football team!

Race Start Times

9:00 AM: 4 Mile START
10:15 AM: Kid’s 100-yard dash
10:30 AM: Awards Ceremony

Registration Deadlines

Online Registration: Opens the day after the Big Game for the following year.
Price Increases: First price increase on September 14th, 2026.
Closing: Online registration will close at midnight on February 13th.
Race Day Registration: Opens at 7:45 AM and closes at 8:45 AM.

Participant Benefits

Shirts: Long sleeve performance shirt for 4 miler participants (if registered by February 1st, 2027).
Custom Bibs: Of your team colors (register by February 1st, 2027).
Pint Glass: First 100 registered participants will receive a pint glass.
Finisher Medals: For the 4-mile participants.

Packet Pick Up

You can pick up packets for friends and family. We highly suggest picking up your packet on Saturday. There will be a lot of people running the race and we want to make sure you get your things before the gun goes off. You can pick up for your friends and family.

Race Day Packet Pick-up: Sunday, February 14th, 2027: 8:00 AM-8:45 AM outside the stadium.

T-Shirts

Every participant will receive a long sleeve soft-style performance shirt if registered before February 1st, 2027. Shirts are ordered based on sizes indicated during online registration. No size switching is allowed.

Timing

We have partnered with Start 2 Finish to time this year's event.

Awards

4 Milers ONLY - there are no age group awards for the 100-yard dash.

Top 3 Overall: M/F winners.
Ages: Awards for 1 M/F in age groups from 12 and under up to 75 and over.
Claiming Awards: Can be claimed ONLY during the award ceremony.
Unclaimed Awards: Must be picked up the next day: no shipping available.

Finish Expo

The finish area will have vendors and sponsors promoting and giving away fun stuff.

Virtual Runners

You must be registered by February 2nd to get your swag shipped to you. You can switch to a virtual by logging into your RunSignUp account up until Friday, February 6th, but you will need to pick up your packet on Saturday.

Swag can only be shipped within the lower 48 United States.

Refunds and Transfers

Registration fees are non-refundable. Event registrations are non-transferable between individuals, events, or years.

Time Limit

Walkers are welcomed but there is a 1 hour 15-minute time limit to cover the 4-mile course.

Medical Support

There will be a medical tent located at the finish line in case of emergency or any minor medical needs.

Weather Policy

Races are held, rain or shine, unless conditions are deemed too dangerous. No refunds or transfers are available in case of cancellation due to inclement weather.
