Join us on November 10, 2024, at Old Mill Park in Fredericksburg for an unforgettable event that celebrates our American heroes and their life-saving mission. The 9K for Semper K9 is more than just a race: it’s a symbol of unity, compassion, and support for our disabled veterans.

• Packet Pickup: Race Day starting at 8:15 am

👟 Race Information

• All fitness levels: Lace up your shoes and get ready to run or walk in our community-friendly 9K event.
• Family-friendly: Bring the whole family, including furry friends! Walkers and strollers are encouraged to join in the fun.
• Community event: Whether you’re a seasoned athlete or prefer a leisurely stroll, this event is for you.

• Exclusive medals: The first 100 registrants will receive our custom “9K for Semper K9” race medals.
• Finisher medal: All participants will receive a finisher medal, proudly displaying their support for our veterans.
• Event t-shirt: 9K participants will also receive an event t-shirt.
• Professionally timed: This is a professionally timed event with prizes for race winners.

👶 Kids’ Fun Run

Little ones can participate in their own .9 Mile Fun Run, starting at 9:30 am.

Old Mill Park is our start/finish line, and the course is on Canal Path. This picturesque backdrop for our event is surrounded by natural beauty along the Rappahannock River in downtown Fredericksburg. By participating in the 9K for Semper K9, you’re helping us continue our mission of providing service dogs to disabled American veterans, transforming their lives in profound ways.

💰 Fundraise for Incentives

Each athlete who raises $100 will receive a Semper K9 challenge coin!
