🌾 About the Race

• Location: RunPA is pleased to bring you a half marathon located in the heart of Amish Country where the whistle of steam engines echo in the distance as you run the rolling country backroads.
• Scenery: The route includes hills climbs and rolling hills on country back roads with beautiful scenery and views as you pass working farms.
• Traffic Control: The race is an open road race with traffic control at intersections.
• Experience: The Strasburg Half Marathon is regarded as a wonderful destination run with some of the best farmland in the area.

🗓 Schedule of Events

• 7:30am-8:30am: BIB PICKUP
• 8:30am: REGISTRATION WILL CLOSE so please arrive early and with enough time to pick up.
• 8:45am: RACE ANNOUNCEMENTS AT PAVILION
• 9:00am: HALF MARATHON START & 5K together

📋 Race Information

• Open Road Event: This is an OPEN ROAD event: all runners must run against traffic at all times with the exception of the start of the race.
• Age Requirement: All race participants must be 14 years of age or older for the Half Marathon, 8 years for the 5K.
• Aid Stations: Aid stations will be approximately every 3 miles, equipped with water and sports drink electrolytes.
• Headphone Policy: The use of personal music devices is strongly discouraged.

🚩 Aid Stations

HALF MARATHON COURSE: Aid stations will be approximately every 3 miles equipped with water and sports drink electrolytes. If you require gu's, gels or anything else please carry them along with you.

5K COURSE: There will be one aid station providing a water only stop along the 5K Route.

🏆 Awards

The awards ceremony will follow once each race is finishing. The award ceremony for the 5K will be separate and before the half marathon.

Awards will be presented to the TOP 3 OVERALL MALE / TOP 3 OVERALL FEMALE FINISHERS FROM EACH RACE.

• Half Marathon: Moisture wicking t-shirt available in unisex sizing - MUST REGISTER BEFORE SEPTEMBER 3rd, 2025 TO BE GUARANTEED A SHIRT.
• 5K: Moisture wicking t-shirt available in unisex sizing - MUST REGISTER BEFORE SEPTEMBER 3rd, 2025 TO BE GUARANTEED A SHIRT.

🐾 Pet Policy

The Strasburg Half Marathon has a "no pets allowed" policy for runners on the course. Well behaved pets may be on the property, and owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.
