• 5K Challenge: Climb up 350 STAIRS
• Slogan: MENTAL + PHYSICAL = HEALTH!
• Mile Option: Family Friendly Mental Health Mile has no stairs
• Post-Race Event: Enjoy the WHEELING FOOD TRUCK FESTIVAL from 10 AM-6 PM

• Friday, May 8: Prepacket Pickup at NAMI's downtown Wheeling office
• Time: 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM

• 8:00 AM: Registration & Packet Pickup
• 9:00 AM: 5K Run/Walk, 5K Competitive Walk, & Family Friendly Mental Health Mile Starts
• 10:00 AM: Food Trucks Open
• 10:30 AM: Awards Ceremony

• 5K Run/Walk: Top 3 Overall Female & Male
• Age Groups: Recognition for top 3 in each of the following: 14-Under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, & 70+
• 5K Competitive Walk: Top 3 Overall Female & Male
• Age Groups: Recognition for top 3 in each of the following: 14-Under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, & 70+
