Project Forward presents Heroes Gobble Gallop on Friday, November 28 at 9:00 AM. Runners and walkers welcome! Registration includes T-Shirt, Medal, and bib. Run or walk the city streets of Martins Ferry. Mostly flat course with a few uphill streets.

• 9:00 AM: 5K Run/Walk & Competitive Walk Start
• 10:00 AM: Awards

• Sizes: We offer Adult Small to 3X-Large.
• No T-Shirt option: A $5 discount is available.
