❄️ Race Highlights

• Flat Trails: Various flat city trails included in the 5K Route, you could get a personal record time!
• Free Treat: Each participant will receive a voucher for a FREE Dairy Queen Blizzard!
• Chip Timing: The 5K race will be chip-timed: the 1K will not be chip-timed.
• Stroller Policy: Strollers allowed: children in strollers are not eligible for awards.

👨‍👩‍👧 Special Regulations

• Sign Up: Only child(s) need to register for the Kids 1K if running with a parent/guardian.
• Pet Policy: Dogs are allowed but must be cleaned up after and start in the back with strollers.
• Shirt Availability: Registrants after October 15th, 2025, will not have the option to purchase a race shirt.

📅 Bib Pickup

• Date: Friday, November 7th from 4:30pm-7pm
• Location: Vineyard City Hall Building, 125 S Main Street, Vineyard, UT 84059
• Same Day Pickup: Available starting at 7:30am on race day.

💰 Discounts

• Household Discount: $55 for groups of 3+ from the same household: does not include race shirts.
• Group Rate: $20 each for groups of 5+ from different households: does not include race shirts.
• Shirt Add-On: $15 per shirt for those wanting shirts in addition to the group rates.

🏆 Awards

• 5K Finisher: Top Overall Female and Male receive a $50 gift card to Runner's Corner.
• Kids 1K Finisher: Top Overall Female and Male receive a $25 gift card to Runner's Corner.
• Participation Medal: All 5K & Kids 1K finishers receive a medal.
• Raffle Entry: Registrants by NOON on November 3rd, 2025 are entered into a raffle for local business gift cards.

🚨 Cancellation Policy

• Refund Policy: 100% race registration refund (minus transaction fees) available up until 3 weeks before race day.
• No Transfers: No refunds or transfers within 3 weeks of race day.
