The Rescue Run 5k

Get ready, Central Florida! The Rescue Run 5k is back, and it's time to lace up those running shoes for a fantastic cause! Gather your friends, family, and co-workers to form teams and unleash your competitive spirit as you race against other Seminole County supporters. Every stride you take will help raise vital funds for individuals facing homelessness, ensuring they receive the shelter and support they desperately need.

🕖 Race Schedule

• 7:00 AM: Race day registration and packet pick up opens
• 8:00 AM: 5K Run/Walk Starts
• 9:15 AM: Kids Run
• 9:25 AM: Awards Presentation

👟 Race Details

• Chip-timed: It is a chip-timed race with awards to the Fastest Team Leaders and Top 3 finishers in several other age groups.
• Individual Participants: Individual runners/walkers and strollers welcome!
• Kid's Run: Kids run for 10 and under is free.
• Entry Fees: Entry Fees are non-refundable. All fees are listed when you click the event.

Finisher Medals - Top 3 Overall Males & Top 3 Overall Females - Age groups: 14 & Under, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75+ AND Top 3 Fastest CEOs.

All pre-registered participants are guaranteed a custom finisher medal, which are limited to the first 400 registrants. Sign up early!
