The John Martins Foundation/RI Burn Foundation 2nd Annual 5k and 1k Race/Walk

🏃‍♂️ The Race Overview

The John Martins Foundation and the RI Burn Foundation have come together to raise funds for burn survivors! We are raising money for advanced laser equipment to be purchased for the burn unit at Rhode Island Hospital! This equipment costs over $250,000 and its use is to help those who suffered severe burn damage, get the reconstructive surgery they need to help reduce the amount of scar tissue from their injuries. All funds raised will go towards funding this equipment!

• Registration opens: 8:30am
• 5k Race Start: 10:00am

👕 Participant Perks

• T-shirt: All participants registered by May 5th will receive a free RaceDay t-shirt!
• Finishers Medal: Earn a finishers medal upon completion of the 5k.

☔ Important Notes

Please Note: The 5k/1k Race will be happening rain or shine. Because of the logistics of planning for this race, we cannot offer refunds for any reason. In the event that weather is severe enough to create an unsafe environment for participants, organizers will cancel the event with no refunds issued.
