17th Annual United Way Turkey Trot

🦃 Event Overview

Join United Way of the Coastal Empire on Thanksgiving morning at Daffin Park for its 17th Annual Turkey Trot! Come as you are or in a Thanksgiving themed costume and hit the 4-mile course.

🏞️ Race Route

• Starting Point: The race route starts at Daffin Park.
• Neighborhood: Loops through the picturesque Ardsley Park neighborhood.
• Finishing Line: Ends back at Daffin Park.
• Post-Race: Participants are invited to a post-race awards ceremony, which includes food and beverages.

🏃‍♂️ Race Schedule

• 8:00 am Kids K: 0.62 miles, ages 10 and under (kids K race bibs will be available at packet pick-up, complimentary, included participation ribbon).
• 8:15 am Diaper Dash: 35 yards/0.02 mile, ages 3 and under, complimentary.
• 8:30 am 4M Run/Walk: Children 4 and up will need a registered bib.

📦 Packet Pickup

When: Wednesday, November 26, 2025, 10 AM - 6 PM

Where: Fleet Feet Sports, 3405 Waters Ave., Savannah

(Race will begin promptly at 8:30 AM on Thursday, November 27, so please make plans to pick-up your bib at Fleet Feet on Wednesday, November 26 to ensure you have what you need before the race begins!)

🏆 Awards

Overall Awards

• Top 3: Overall male and female.
• Age Group: Top 3 male and female in each age group.

Specialty Awards

• Categories: Largest family, runner from farthest away, most senior, most junior, best costume.
• Sign Up: Make sure to sign up for the specialty awards at packet pick-up on Wednesday!
• Award Presentation: Awards will be presented immediately following tabulations at Daffin Park.

📝 Registrations

Registration will CLOSE on Wednesday, November 26 at 6:00 PM EST UNLESS SOLD OUT BEFORE THEN.

No On-Site Registration: There will be NO ON-SITE REGISTRATION. If you would like to participate in the race, please make sure to sign-up in advance.

• Arrive Early: Come early to packet pick-up Wednesday to ensure your shirt size availability!
• Race Course Access: Only registered participants will be allowed on the race course.
