17th Annual United Way Turkey Trot

🦃 Event Overview

Join United Way of the Coastal Empire on Thanksgiving morning at Daffin Park for its 17th Annual Turkey Trot! Come as you are or in a Thanksgiving themed costume and hit the 4-mile course.

🏞️ Race Details

• Route: The race route starts at Daffin Park, loops through the picturesque Ardsley Park neighborhood, and ends back at Daffin Park.
• Post-Race Ceremony: Participants are invited to a post-race awards ceremony, which includes food and beverages.
• Restrictions: No rollerblades or bicycles please. Pets are permitted only with participants and on a leash.
• Strollers: Strollers are welcome! We are rain or shine!

👶 Race Schedule

• 8:00 am Kids K: (0.62 miles, ages 10 and under) (kids k race bibs will be available at packet pick-up *complimentary, included participation ribbon)
• 8:15 am Diaper Dash: (35 yards/0.02 mile, ages 3 and under, *complimentary)
• 8:30 am 4M Run/Walk: (children 4 and up will need a registered bib)

📦 Packet Pickup

Packet Pickup: 10 AM - 6 PM, Fleet Feet Sports, 3405 Waters Ave., Savannah

(NEW DATE ADDED!) Tuesday, November 25, 2025 & Wednesday, November 26, 2025

(Race will begin promptly at 8:30 AM on Thursday, November 27, so please make plans to pick-up your bib at Fleet Feet on Tuesday, November 25 or Wednesday, November 26, to ensure you have what you need before the race begins!)

Overall Awards

• Top Finishers: Top 3 overall male and female
• Age Group Awards: Top 3 male and female in each age group

Specialty Awards

• Award Categories: Largest family, runner from farthest away, most senior, most junior, best costume
• Sign Up: Make sure to sign up for the specialty awards at packet pick-up!
• Awards Presentation: Awards will be presented immediately following tabulations at Daffin Park

📝 Registrations

Registration: Registration will CLOSE on Wednesday, November 26 at 6:00 PM EST UNLESS SOLD OUT BEFORE THEN.

No On-Site Registration: There will be NO ON-SITE REGISTRATION. If you would like to participate in the race, please make sure to sign-up in advance.

• Shirt Availability: Come early to packet pick-up Tuesday or Wednesday to ensure your shirt size availability! Shirt size is not guaranteed.
• Course Access: Please know - Only registered participants will be allowed on the race course.
