- Pre-registration: March 6, 11:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. at Cathedral High School MPB
- Late Registration: March 8, 8:00 - 8:45 a.m. on Race Day

- T-shirts: Guaranteed for the first 300 participants
- Awards: For the top three male and female finishers in each age group
- Age Groups: 7 and under, 8-10, 11-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70 and over
