Distances
- Sprint Triathlon: 500 meter swim - 20K bike - 5K run (16yrs & older)
- Sprint Duathlon: 1 mile run - 20K bike - 5K run (16yrs & older)
- International Aquabike: 1500-meter swim - 40K bike (16yrs & older)
- Awards: All distances award points for the San Diego Triathlon Series!
Event Check-In & Schedule
Pre-Race Check-In: Must attend one before race day.

Pre-Race Policies
- ID Requirement: All athletes must bring their ID for check-in.
- Waivers: Signed waivers are mandatory.
- Late Fee: $10 if materials are picked up on race day.
- Family Members: Friends/family cannot pick-up for athletes.
Event Timeline
- 5:00 a.m: Transition Area Opens
- 6:15 a.m: International Triathlon Waves Begin
- 7:45 a.m: 5K Starts
- 12:30 p.m: Transition Area Closes.
