Lace up your running shoes and join us for the Swamp Stomp 5K, a scenic run through one of the Lowcountry’s most charming coastal towns. Taking place on February 28, 2026, this community event raises vital funds to support The Complete Student, a school dedicated to providing an enriching, well-rounded education for students in grades 5–12.

🏆 Awards & Recognition

Awards will be presented to the top male and female finishers in each age division, as well as several special categories celebrating the unique spirit of the Swamp Stomp:

Age Divisions (Male & Female):

• 12 & Under
• 13–19
• 20–29
• 30–39
• 40–49
• 50–59
• 60 & Up

Special Awards:

• Canine Companion Award: First-place runner accompanied by their pet
• Stroller Spirit Award: Fastest runner pushing a stroller
• Ageless Athlete Award: Oldest runner to cross the finish line
• Swamp Rabbit Spirit Award: Runner who best embodies heart, grit, and determination

All participants will receive a finisher award T-shirt, must sign up before Feb 13th.

After crossing the finish line, stick around to celebrate! Enjoy food from a variety of local food trucks serving both savory bites and sweet treats, and explore our craft show featuring local artisans and vendors, offering unique handmade goods, gifts, and more.
