DAVE'S SPRING TRAINING RUN

Event Overview

• Community Event: Join the Northwest Ohio running community at the Inside the Five location called the Fieldhouse for one last long run!!!
• Final Preparation: This is the final BIG long, group run before the Mercy Health Glass City Marathon and Owens Corning Half-Marathon.
• All Abilities Welcome: Join the local running community as they complete a preview run on portions of the GCM course before the big day.
• Coached Support: Dave's Spring In-Training Program will have coaches who will lead the long run at set pace ranges.

Included in Premium Package

• Refreshment: Includes one 1/2 beer at The Fieldhouse.
• Breakfast: Enjoy a pancake breakfast to cap off the last long run before the race!!!

Planned Distances

• 12 miles: Walk/run combo pace supported for this distance only.
• 20 miles: Standard distance for experienced runners.

There will be on-course water stops that will replicate GCM water stops.

Planned Paces (Avg Per Mile)

• Coached Paces: Dave's MIT coaches will be leading various paces from sub 8:00 minute pace to 13:00 minute pace.
• Run-Walk Group: There will also be a run-walk pace group.
• Distance Limitation: Run-walk pace group will complete 12 miles only.
• No Pacer: There will be no 20 mile pacer for run-walk.
