Purpose of the Event

• Fundraising: The money raised will be used to help send the explorers to the annual St. Louis Area Law Enforcement Explorer Academy.
• Costs: The academy costs the post roughly $450 per year.
• Support: A majority of this is paid for by the post to ensure all explorers can attend, regardless of financial ability.
• Participants: We are hoping to send 6-7 explorers this year, ages 14-20, who want to learn about law enforcement.

Event Details

• Timing: The run is being chip timed by Affordable Race Timing!
• Awards: Awards will be given to top 3 males and top 3 females.
• Included Items: A finisher medal and T-shirt will be included in the registration fee.
• Route: The route will be at the Washington Riverfront and will be an out and back going east on the trail.

Additional Information

• National Police Week: This run is being held the day before National Police Week begins.
