Event Overview

Come join us for some St. Patrick’s Day fun for the 5th Annual St. Patrick’s Day 5k Color Run/Walk presented by Notre Dame Catholic School.

Date

• Date: Saturday, March 21, 2026

Location

• Location: Notre Dame Catholic School - 1000 Moore Rd., Michigan City, IN 46360

Time

• Time: 8:00am CST - Starting line for first group of Elite runners, followed by family/friends, stroller and separate Kids Dash Color Run.

Registration

• Adults: $30.00 - includes race shirt, one $5 post-race drink ticket
• Students: $15.00 - includes shirt, post-race drink/snack (parent must be present)
• Children 3 and under: Free (registration for Kids Dash still required if they wish to run the dash)
• Discount Code: Use code FAMILY20 for $20 off registration fees only of $90 or more.

Entry Fees

• Increased Costs: Entry fees will be subject to increase after March 11th.
• T-Shirts: Race t-shirts will NOT be included in registration after March 11th.
• Registration Deadline: Registration will be closed end of day March 16th.
• Onsite Registration: THERE WILL BE NO ONSITE REGISTRATION ON RACE DAY.

Awards

• Overall Winners: Medals to top female and male runners in the Elite Group.
• Masters Winners: Medals to top female and male masters runners (Age 40+) in the Elite Group.
• Kids' Dash: All Kids' Dash runners will receive medals.

Packet Pick Up

• When: Race packets may be picked up on March 21, 2026, at 7:30am CST.
• Where: Outside of Notre Dame School.

General Information

• Timing: Race will be professionally timed by T&H Timing.
• Parking: Free parking located at Notre Dame School behind the Church off of Duneland Beach Dr.
• Pets: No pets permitted.
• Spectators: Welcome to cheer on runners and join the after party for no entry fee.

Post-Race Entertainment

• Food Truck: Rohr's Notre Dame Food Truck will be on-site providing food options.
• Drinks: Cold beer/seltzer provided by Bridges Waterside Grille.
• Entertainment: The Dennehy-Mayer School of Irish Dance and The McKee/Wall Irish Band providing live entertainment.

Food and Drink

• Presale: Food and drink available for presale at registration.
• Concessions: Sold on the day of the event with increased fare.
• Price Increase: Food tickets will increase from $8 to $10.
• Encouragement: Participants are encouraged to purchase food and drink items at time of registration.

Special Activities

• NDCS 50/50 Ticket Sale: Tickets will be sold day of in the gym.
• Golden Shamrock Hunt: For an extra $2 per registrant, find 5 golden shamrocks each with an Amazon gift card value attached.
• Supervision: Adults are asked to supervise their children during the hunt.
