Event Features

• Custom Finishers Medal: Every participant will receive a unique medal.
• Custom Finishers Certificate: A certificate to commemorate your achievement.
• Timing: Timing mats at the Starting Line and Chip Timing for Finish Results.
• Live Results: Results available via text and email messaging.

Awards

Custom Unique Overall & Age Group Awards. Miniature Festivus Poles will be awarded to:

• Top Overall: Male & Female winners.
• Top Masters: Male & Female winners.
• Top 3: Male and female in various age groups including 10 & Under, 11-12, 13-14, 15-19, 20-24, etc.
• Age Groups: Awards for age groups up to 75 and up.

Packet Pick-Up and Registration

ADVANCED PACKET PICK-UP and REGISTRATION

• Date: December 12th & 13th.
• Time: 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
• Location: Extra Mile Fitness Company, 3400 Calumet Ave., Valparaiso, IN.

Race Day Information

• Packet Pick Up: Opens at 7:00 a.m. at Running Vines Winery, 101 Broadway, Chesterton, IN 46304.
• Registration: Race Day Registration available.
• Shirt Sizes: Participants must register before November 17th to guarantee shirt sizes.
• Kid's Fun Run: This event is non-competitive.

Race Timing

Every 5K participant will have their start time recorded as they cross the starting line. Participants must start within 5 minutes of the official race start time to avoid disqualification.

Finishing Results

As participants finish, they will receive a text message and/or email with their finishing time. A list of overall finishing times will be continually updated at www.thtiming.com.

Awards Presentation

Awards will be presented starting at 9:30 AM or immediately after the last finisher.
