• Timing mats: Placed at the Starting Line and Chip Timing for Finish Results.

• No processing fee: Online signup comes without additional fees.

🏆 Awards

Custom Unique Overall & Age Group Awards. Miniature Festivus Poles will be awarded to: – Top Overall Male & Female, Top Masters Male & Female, Top 3 male and female in the following age groups: 10 & Under, 11-12, 13-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75 and up.

📅 Advanced Packet Pick-Up and Registration

Friday, December 11th from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday, December 12th from 10 a.m. - 5 p.m. at Extra Mile Fitness Company, 3400 Calumet Ave., Valparaiso, IN.

🏁 Race Day Details

Packet Pick Up and Race Day Registration opens at 7:00 a.m. at Running Vines Winery, 101 Broadway, Chesterton, IN 46304.

Participants must be registered before November 17th to guarantee shirt sizes and availability.

👶 Kids Fun Run

The kid's fun run is non-competitive.

⏰ Start Time Regulations

For each participant in the 5K, their start time will be recorded as they cross the starting line. Participants must start within 5 minutes of the official start of the race. Anyone starting after that will be assigned the gun time as their starting time and will be subject to disqualification.

📧 Finishing Results

As participants finish, they will receive a text message and/or email with their finishing time. A list of overall finishing times for all competitors will be continually updated at www.thtiming.com while the race is in progress.

🏅 Awards Ceremony

Awards will be presented starting at 9:30 AM or immediately after the last finisher.
