Race Features

• Custom Finishers Medal: All participants will receive a unique medal.
• Custom Finishers Certificate: Certificates will be awarded to all finishers.
• Timing Mats: Located at the Starting Line with Chip Timing for Finish Results.
• Live Results: Available via text and email messaging.

Awards

Custom Unique Overall & Age Group Awards. Miniature Festivus Poles will be awarded to:

• Top Overall: Male & Female winners.
• Top Masters: Male & Female winners.
• Top 3 in Age Groups: 10 & Under, 11-12, 13-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75 and up.

Packet Pick-Up and Registration

ADVANCED PACKET PICK-UP and REGISTRATION

• Date: Friday, December 11th from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
• Date: Saturday, December 12th from 10 a.m. - 5 p.m.
• Location: Extra Mile Fitness Company, 3400 Calumet Ave., Valparaiso, IN.

Race Day

RACE DAY

• Packet Pick Up: Opens at 7:00 a.m. at Running Vines Winery, 101 Broadway, Chesterton, IN 46304.
• Shirt Sizes: Participants must be registered before November 17th to guarantee shirt sizes and availability.
• Kid's Fun Run: The kid's fun run is non-competitive.
• Start Time Recording: Start time will be recorded at the starting line, starting after 5 minutes will result in disqualification.

Finishing and Awards

As participants finish, they will receive a text message and/or email with their finishing time. A list of overall finishing times will be continually updated at www.thtiming.com during the race.

Awards will be presented starting at 9:30 AM or immediately after the last finisher.
