- Start Time: Run and Walk start at 8:00 am Central
- Packet Pick-up: At the shelter near the parking lot of the park
- Pride Hat: All Runners and Walkers receive a Pride Hat
- Awards: No formal awards ceremony: top three in age group receive medals
Race Information
- Timing: Old school timing with popsicle sticks to indicate overall place
- Course Markings: Route will be marked with flags and arrow signs at major turns
- Water Stop: At the 1.5-mile mark, this is also the turn around point

- Restrooms: There are no bathrooms on the course, please plan accordingly
- Refreshments: Snacks, water, and Powerade available at the shelter after finishing
- Registration Guidelines: Transgender runners may register as the gender they identify with
