Race Day Information
- Sign-Ups: Race day sign-ups, packet pick-ups, and bathrooms are located in the Smith Banquet building.
- Entrance: Enter at the NORTH ENTRANCE.
- Shirts: All runners will receive a limited-edition short sleeve shirt, and after selling out, winter hats and gloves will be provided.
- Breakfast: Enjoy a variety of breakfast cereals with 2% milk, almond milk, and non-dairy milk after the race. Deathwish Coffee will also be available.
Course Details
- Loops: The course consists of FOUR LOOPS to achieve the 15k distance.
- Markings: Course will be marked with flags and signs: please pay attention to course markings.
- Timing: Old school timing: runners will receive a popsicle stick with a number upon completion.
- Medals: Turn the popsicle stick in to receive your medal: there is no formal awards ceremony.
Additional Information
- Merchandise: Items from previous races will be for sale for $5, including t-shirts, hats, and coffee cups.
- Crazy Legs Race Series: Promotes non-pavement/pavement races in Northwest Indiana.
- Inclusivity: All individuals are encouraged to participate, regardless of sexual orientation or gender identity.
- Land Acknowledgment: We honor the Miami, Shawnee, Illinois Nations, and other stewards of the land.
