• Date: Saturday, November 8, 2025 at 8:30 a.m.
• Location: Downtown Crown Point, Indiana
• Course: The 5K route begins in front of the historic Old Sheriff's House and Jail, a site listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
• History: The Old Sheriff's House and Jail was once considered one of Indiana's finest and most secure jails. However, on March 3, 1934, the infamous gangster John Dillinger made a daring escape from this very jail, defying its reputation as "escape-proof."
