CKF's 5K for Life

Join us on September 20th at Coffee Creek Preserve in Chesterton, IN for the first ever CKF's 5K for Life. We will be bringing the community together to share the message of organ, eye, and tissue donation and show the world what a transplant makes possible.

• Awaiting Transplants: Over 103,000 individuals are awaiting a life-saving transplant in the United States.
• Registration Rates: Only 48% of Americans sign up to help those in need.
• Awareness: 96% of Americans agree with organ donation.
• Mission: CKF's mission is to educate and inspire individuals to register as organ, eye, and tissue donors.

👟 Participation Details

We welcome everyone to take part in our 5K whether you have a connection to donation and transplant or you just want to get out and be active. This event is for all ages and abilities. You can walk or run the race whichever you are comfortable with.

• Local Vendors: Enjoy offerings from various local vendors.
• Race Gear: All racers will receive a t-shirt.
• Entertainment: There will be music and more.
• Sign Up: Make sure you register today! Registration is $20 for adults and $15 for kids (Under 12).

Registration will open at 9am and the race will begin at 10:30am!
