Join the Township of Federalsburg and Move4Life for the 3rd Annual Build-a-Gym 5K / Fun Walk! This community-driven event promotes health, fitness, and camaraderie while raising funds to support the development of fitness facilities that benefit the Federalsburg community.

🗓️ Schedule

• Race Day Pickup: Pick up your race bib from 7:15 AM to 8:20 AM at the registration tent.
• Race Start Time: 8:30 AM sharp.

💰 Registration Fees

5K Race/Fun Run/Walk Entry Fee:

• $25: Early Bird Registration (until August 30, 2025, at midnight).
• $30: Race Week Registration (August 31 to September 5, 2025, at 06:00 PM).
• $35: Race Day Registration (from 7:00 AM to 8:20 AM at the event location).

Student Fee:

• $20: Registration for current elementary, middle, or high school students (until September 5, 2025, at 06:00 PM).
• No Student Discount: Regular fees apply on Race Day.

🏅 Race Amenities

• Medals: All race participants will receive medals.
• Hydration Supplements: Provided for all race participants.
• Post-Race Refreshments: Water and snacks will be available for all participants after the race.

🥇 Awards

• Overall Winners: Male and female winners will be recognized.
• Top Finishers: Awards for top finishers in 10-year age groups (15 & under to 60+).

🏞️ Race Course

A scenic loop through the Marshyhope Creek trails of Federalsburg, MD.

⏱️ Timing

The event will be chip-timed to ensure accurate results for all participants.

All profits from the event will go toward funding fitness and recreation development projects in Federalsburg, which will provide much-needed facilities for health and wellness in the community.
