Join the Township of Federalsburg and Move4Life for the 3rd Annual Build-a-Gym 5K / Fun Walk! This community-driven event promotes health, fitness, and camaraderie while raising funds to support the development of fitness facilities that benefit the Federalsburg community.

• 5K Run / Walk: Experience an exciting race for all participants.
• Community Collaboration: Engage in health and fitness activities in the Federalsburg Township.

📅 Schedule

• Race Day Pickup: Pick up your race bib from 7:15 AM to 8:20 AM at the registration tent.
• Race Start Time: 8:30 AM sharp.

💰 Registration Fees

5K Race/Fun Run/Walk Entry Fee:

• $25: Early Bird Registration (until May 10, 2025, at midnight)
• $30: Race Week Registration (May 11 to May 16, 2025, at 10:00 PM)
• $35: Race Day Registration (from 7:00 AM to 8:20 AM at the event location)

Student Fee:

• $20: Registration for current elementary, middle or high school students (until May 16, 2025, at 10:00 PM).
• No Discount: There is no student discount on Race Day: regular fees apply.

🎖️ Race Amenities

• Medals: Awards for age group winners and top finishers.
• Refreshments: Snacks will be provided for participants after the race.

🏅 Awards

• Overall Winners: Recognize male and female overall winners.
• Top Finishers: Awards for top finishers in 10-year age groups (15 & under to 60+).

🌳 Race Course

A scenic loop through the streets and trails of Federalsburg, MD.

⏱️ Timing

The event will be chip-timed to ensure accurate results for all participants.

All profits from the event will go toward funding fitness and recreation development projects in Federalsburg, which will provide much-needed facilities for health and wellness in the community.
