Event Overview

• Date: Sunday, April 19, 2026
• Location: 1903 Beulah Rd, Vienna, VA 22182
• Start Times: 1 Mile Fun Run at 8:00 am, 5K at 8:30 am
• Community Focus: A celebration for families, students, and the community

Registration Fees

• Online Registration: Closes on Sunday, April 19, at 8:00 am
• 5K Run/Walk Adult (13 & over): $40 until March 15, $45 from March 16 to Race Day
• 5K Run/Walk Child (12 & under): $30 until March 15, $35 from March 16 to Race Day
• 1 Mile Fun Run (untimed): $20 until March 15, $25 from March 16 to Race Day

Shirts and Discounts

• Shirt Guarantee: Registrations by March 31st are guaranteed a race shirt
• Post-March 31: Race shirts not guaranteed after this date
• Shirt Opt-Out Discount: $5 discount for registrants who opt out of a race shirt
• Pajama Pants Deadline: March 31

Race Day Information

• Course: Both races start and finish at the school
• Weather Policy: Event takes place rain or shine
• Strollers: Welcome at both races: please be considerate of other participants
• Packet Pick-up: Available Friday, April 17, from 3:30 pm to 6:30 pm and on race day from 7:15 am to 8:15 am

Awards & Prizes

• Trophies and Medals: For top three overall male and female finishers
• Age Categories: Medals for top male and female in 4 & under, 5-6, 7-8, 9-10, 11-12, 13-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50 & over
• Participants: Includes teachers and students
