Community Celebration

The Wolftrap Elementary School PTA's largest fundraiser of the year.

• Participants: Open to students, families, and community members.
• Activities: Music, race awards, cake walk, raffles, after-race treats, and more.
• Fundraising: Supports educational experiences for students at Wolftrap Elementary.

Registration Information

Everyone must register online. Registration closes on April 19 at 8:00 am.

• 5K Run/Walk Adult (13 & over): $40 through March 15, $45 from March 16 to Race Day.
• 5K Run/Walk Child (12 & under): $30 through March 15, $35 from March 16 to Race Day.
• 1 Mile Fun Run: $20 through March 15, $25 from March 16 to Race Day.
• Race Shirt: Guaranteed for registrations completed by April 1st.

Event Details

The start and finish line are located at the school, 1903 Beulah Rd, Vienna, VA 22182.

• 1-Mile Fun Run/Walk: Starts at 8:00 am.
• 5K Race: Starts at 8:30 am, with a 1-hour time limit.
• Event Conditions: Takes place rain or shine.
• Strollers: Welcome in both races: slower participants should start at the back.

Packet Pickup and Late Registration

Packet pick-up will be available on Friday, April 17, from 3:30 pm to 6:30 pm at the school.

• Race Day Pickup: Sunday, April 19, from 7:15 am to 8:15 am.
• On-site Registration: Available during packet pickup on race day.

Awards and Prizes

Trophies and medals will be awarded to top finishers.

• Overall Awards: Top three male and female finishers, including teachers and students.
• Age Category Awards: Medals for top male and female in various age groups.
