🏃♂️ Race Overview
Spring 2025 Kids 5K training in Cary is brought to you by Triangle Run Smart Training, presented by Pace Yourself Run Company and The Running PTs.
📅 Program Details
- Duration: 8 weeks long, meeting once per week
- Age Group: Kids aged 8-14 years old
- Goal: Have fun, get healthy, and work their run endurance up to running a 5K at the end of the season
- Group Training: Kids will be grouped in smaller pace groups after a timed mile
💵 Registration Cost
- Cost: $70
- Refund Policy: No refund and no class credit if you drop out of the class after registering
- Included: 8 weeks of 1 coached workout per week, season training plan, 20% off discount at Pace Yourself Run Company
- Extras: Educational information by The Running PTs, a training shirt, and an end of season medal
