• Honor: Remember those who sacrificed for our freedoms.
• Support: Raise funds for our Heroes/Families.
• Challenge: Push yourself to a new level of courage.
• Community: Come together before the summer festivities.

Race Challenges

• MURPH: 1-mile run, 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups, 300 air-squats, 1-mile run.
• LOREDO: Timed: 6 rounds - 24 air-squats, 24 push-ups, 24 lunges, .25-mile run.
• KIDS SALUTE: Timed: .25-mile run, 12 air-squats, 12 push-ups, 12 sit-ups, .25-mile run.
• Tug of War: For award winners, let’s honor them... we’ll be cheering you on!

• Pre-Race Fun: Music, Sponsor/Vendor Booths, and Donation Drawing!
• Post-Race Fun: Live results, awards, Tug-of-War, refreshments, and music!
