🌉 Course Details

Out and back course starting at Glenbeigh hospital, traversing a scenic rural route that includes a covered bridge over the Grand river. The course is hilly and paved.

• Course Type: 5K will be a straight out and back course.
• Walk Option: 1.2 mile fun (untimed) walk option (turn around at the bridge, after taking pics of course).
• Accessibility: It's a great course for strollers and our four-legged friends.
• Shirts: Everyone will get an amazing custom tech shirt.

🍔 Post-Race Celebration

All runners are invited to join us for a free cookout (burgers, dogs, etc) provided by our friends at Glenbeigh.

🏅 Awards

We will celebrate all paces by giving out awards to our speedier guests and then cheering on those finishing later.

Awards will be given to the overall Female/Male winners (1, 2, 3) as well as to the following age groups:

• Age Groups: 14 and younger, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, and 70 and older.

Race day pick-up will be from 9 AM until 9:45 at the race site.
