Participation Options
Participants have the opportunity to run, walk, roll, or row either the 5k (3.1 mile) or 1 Mile course. Arrive early or hang around after the event to check out our vendors and clinics at the AdaptXpo, a celebration of organizations that focus on health, inclusion, accessibility, assistive technology, and adaptive sports.

Our organization, AdaptX addresses barriers to better health and fitness for people with intellectual and physical disabilities through education, research, advocacy, and scholarship. We are a leading provider in adaptive fitness education and operate The Rick Hoyt Research Lab, which conducts impactful studies that improve fitness and reduce secondary health conditions for individuals with intellectual and physical disabilities.
