🏃♂️ Event Overview
Experience The Ford Foundation's inaugural Rabbit Run on Saturday, April 19, 2025, at The Lucky Rabbit's PikNik Park. This exciting event features a 5k and 1 Mile Fun Run. The race takes you through the picturesque Downtown Hattiesburg, culminating in a grand finish at Southern Prohibition Brewery for the awards ceremony!
👨👩👧 Family Friendly
This is a great event for the entire family. All proceeds from the race benefit the Build Better Scholarship, we partnered with Pearl River Community College to bring tuition relief to single parents and children raised in single parent homes.
📝 Registration Info
- Same-day registration: Both races will offer same-day registration.
- T-shirt guarantee: Runners who sign up after April 5th are not guaranteed a t-shirt.
📦 Packet Pickup
- Friday pickup: Packet pickup will be on Friday, April 18th, at Adwoa Pairc, located at 2200 Hardy Street Suite 30, from 9:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
- Race day pickup: Packets may also be picked up starting at 7 a.m. on race day at PikNik Park.
🎉 Post-Race Activities
After race activities at Southern Prohibition Brewery. Awards, live music, and a FREE BEER to all race participants 21 and over!
🏆 Awards
Awards will be given to overall male and female for the 5K, as well as the top three finishers for each age group of the 5K.
