- Start Signal: The race starts with the first note of Beethoven's Symphony No. 5 playing on Classic 107.3.
- Special Appearance: Beethoven will be there to wish participants "Viel Glück!"
- Theme Prizes: Fun prizes for those dressed for the theme and the top three finishers overall.
