Summer 2025 Adult Speed Training in Cary is brought to you by Triangle Run Smart Training, presented by Pace Yourself Run Company and The Running PTs.

📅 Program Duration

• Length: 12 weeks long
• Focus: Helping adults train to run faster at shorter distances (i.e. 5K/10K or shorter)
• Levels: All levels and paces are welcome!

💲 Cost & Registration

• Early Registration: $80 if you register by 5/4
• Late Registration: $85 if you register 5/5-5/25
• Deadline: 5/25
• Refund Policy: No refund and no class credit if you drop the class after registering

If you have financial difficulty in affording a training class, please contact us. We have a donation program that can help out.

• Training Schedule: 12-week training schedule
• Workouts: 2 coach-led group workouts per week
