Join us for our inaugural race honoring the life of Mark Huffmyer, a beloved colleague and friend.

SUNDAY, MAY 4TH AT 3:00PM AT COLDSTREAM PARK/LEGACY TRAIL

Lace up your running shoes and join us as we run/walk to honor the life and legacy of Mark Huffmyer. The race is in memory of a colleague, Mark Huffmyer, who unexpectedly passed away after a family vacation. We will be raising funds in his memory for the UK College of Pharmacy establishment of the Dr. Mark Huffmyer Memorial Travel Award Fund. Read more about Mark's legacy below.

• Course: Flat/fast 5K course on the paved Legacy Trail. Race will start/finish near the dog park.
• Shirts: Commemorative unisex sized race shirts.
• Awards: 5K Awards presented for Top 3 M/F Overall and Top 3 M/F in various age groups.
• Options: 5K Run/Walk, FREE Kid's Dash & Virtual Option.
• Photos: Free Race Photos (Thanks Paul Martin Photography).
• Teams: Social Teams to Expand Your Fun! (Prize for the largest team!)
• Parking: Convenient parking close to Start/Finish area.

📦 Packet Pickup

We will hold packet pickup on Friday, May 2nd from 4:00-6:00pm at 531 Wellington Way, Lexington, KY 40503. We will have packet pickup on race day (Sunday, 5/4/25) from 1:30-2:45pm at Coldstream Park.
